These two motets by Gaspar van Weerbecke (1445-1517) are printed here after Petrucci´s Motetti A numero trentatre, Venice, 1502. The original note values have been halved throughout. Editorial accidentals appear in the usual way, printed small above the stave, applying to the one note only; original accidentals are taken as applying to the whole bar ... I am grateful to Clifford Bartlett for translating the texts.
